Minutes
 Candy Russell moved to accept the minutes from the March meeting, Sharon Willey seconded the motion. Approved by voice vote
New Business
 Downtown Access Committee (DAC) Study-Harry Freitas, Dept. of Transportation
 Harry Freitas provided an overview of Downtown growth. The DAC is recommending reverting a number of the one-way couplets back to two way traffic. These include 3rd and 4th St north of Julian, 10th and 11th north of Santa Clara, Julian and St James east of 4th, and Vine and Almaden. The recommendation for 10th and 11th south of Santa Clara is to keep it as a one-way couplet for now, but reduce each street to two lanes with bike lanes and traffic calming measures.
 Lisa Jensen presented Mike Brilliot a gift, thanking him for all the hard work that he has put in on our revitalization plan.
Old Business
 Redevelopment Plan- Mike Brilliot
 Mike Brilliot presentation of Draft plan. UNC is presenting the plan to the Planning Commission on May 8 at 6 PM. The plan will be presented to the City Council on May 24.
 David Dudek offered a motion to grant the executive board the power to approve the plan at the next executive board meeting on April 23, Angela Harper seconded the motion, Approved by voice vote, Batsi abstained.
 UNC co-sponsorship Spring Fling with Alpha Tau Omega
 David Dudek moved to accept the motion that the UNC co-sponsor Spring Fling with Alpha Tau Omega. Sharon Willey seconded the motion, approval by voice Vote, Batsi abstained.
Public Comment
 James Clark presented a letter to San Jose State, requesting a full EIR for the proposed parking lot at Bud Winter Field. He asked for people to sign the letter.
 Laura Lam made an announcment on the 4th Annual District 3 Neighborhood Summit, May 11, 2002, 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Also the District 3 litter pickup will be Saturday April 20, 2002
 Anh Nguyen introduced Sal Lopez, our neighborhood Project Crackdown Officer.
