| | David Dudek reported that representatives from SUN were invited, but chose not to come. SUN does not have a problem with EHC, but does have a problem with the process that lead to this point.

| | How will Budget problems will impact the project? EHC will move forward with the project, but may do it in stages, starting with the moving the Greeninger House on to the site.
| | Can you get tours of the EHC's current Facility? Yes
| | Don Gagliardi is very concerned about funding. Since EHC was forced to move by the City to make room for the new city hall, the City must fund this.
| | David Gutierrez asked about the nature of the agreement between City Year and EHC and whether there was anything in written agreement between them? Pancho reported that the partnership will be cemented in the permit and funding agreements. |
| | Pedestrian Cooridor Alignment - Ken
| | Ken Podgorsek reported that SUN is concerned about the descision process on the Pedestrian Corridor and whether the community was sufficiently involved. The UNC has been developing the revitalization plan for several years. The community was involved through UNC meetings and public workshops. Reed Street needs traffic calming so it is appropriate to be part of the revitalization plan. It is in the plan and was adopted by City Council so the plan is not going to change. William St can get traffic calming and pedestrian ammenities as well.
| | Ken Podgorsek stated that this board went out of its way to discuss items are of interest to SUN and they chose not to participate. While it is thier right not to participate, it is disappointing that they don't.
